SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

* Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. APO/FPO military address deliveries arrive within 4-10 business days via USPS.

** Express & Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.

* If items in your order arrive damaged please contact us immediately.

  • Please send photos of the damaged items.

  • Photos of the external packaging(outside of box).

  • Photos of the inside of the box with pictures of the packaging.

All of our shipping packages are insured, getting us this information will expedite your replacement. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on our handmade items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.

Items purchased on sale are final sale only.
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 30 day timeframe for a store credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. 
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible. 

PAYMENT METHOD

All payments are processed through Wix credit card processing. 

ORDER STATUS

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
